This course starts with system faults and how they are connected to Switchgear Configurations and elements.  Topics such as “Differential Protection” as well as mishaps that occur due to CT saturation are also covered the in the course.

The course will make you gain an in-depth understanding of the various types of oils that are used by High Voltage Circuit breakers , Reclosure Synchrocheck relay CUH 90 – VG as well as Breaker Failure Protection as well as a quick overview of Dynamic Monitoring Equipment. Transfer & remote tripping will also be covered so you can learn how to safely operate in ground rise potential and open circuit situations.
